Trade fairs and congresses are not covered by major events
Trade fairs, exhibitions and congresses can take place
Visitor guidance, contact tracking and adjustment of visitor accesses ensure a safe and secure visit to the trade fair by far
The CoronaVO Trade Fairs creates the legal basis for the organization of trade fairs and congresses - with conditions, of course: The number of visitors present at the same time must be adapted to the ratio of the available space. The regulation specifies seven gross square meters per visitor. It must also be possible to maintain the known distance of 1.5 meters at trade fairs. To achieve this, for example, aisles are widened, walking routes are specified, distance markings are applied to floors and areas are added. Contact tracking and the regulation of visitor access are guaranteed by the online registration of all participants in advance. The purchase of tickets at the box office is thus excluded.
Wearing mouth and nose protection in the halls is also indispensable. The protection can of course be removed if a gastronomic offer is used or if one seeks advice at an exhibition stand. In both situations a fixed place must be taken.
Numerous disinfection possibilities, references to the sneezing label, a no-handshake policy, increased cleaning intervals of contact surfaces as well as the renouncement of offers, with which humans come too close, provide beyond that for security.
"The health of all is our top priority”, so the managing director of Messe Karlsruhe, Britta Wirtz. "We are in constant communication with the responsible regulatory and health authorities and constantly adapt our protection and hygiene concepts to the applicable regulations. I hope that we will be able to convince everyone who likes to come to a trade fair that they can do so with confidence".
