Submissions to speak at the Conference are now closed.

The Call for Contributions for the conference is now closed. If you have already made a submission, you will be notified by end of February 2024. An application process will open in early 2024 for the Market Update Forums in the exhibition.

Who can apply to speak?

UITP is committed to improving diversity and inclusion in the public transport sector as a whole and our events are no exception.

IT-TRANS is an inclusive event, we welcome and actively encourage speaker applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and genders.

I would like to pitch a product, can I apply?

Commercial pitches are not accepted for the IT-TRANS conference. IT-TRANS Exhibitors have the possibility to apply to present products and services at the Market Update Forums inside the Exhibition Area. Applications for the Market Update Forums will open in early 2024. If you would like to become an Exhibitor, please contact our Exhibition Team.
