PD Dr.-Ing. Martin Kagerbauer is a deputy head of the Institute for Transport Studies, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and managing partner of INOVAPLAN GmbH. He holds a habilitation and has the venia legendi in the field of transport planning.
